GENERAL​

 

• We are off on Tuesday. Tuesday is only available from 10:00am - 11:00am for boarding check-in/pick-up.

• To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly request that you schedule your appointment with us in advance. Please note that we can only hold your appointment for 15 minutes. After this time, we will consider it a walk-in appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

• All payment must be due after services are provided (except deposits, which are due before).

• For due amount in excess of RM500,  Adoring Pets will require owners to settle outstanding bills before the completion of service.

• Adoring Pets reserves the right to refuse service for anyone.

GROOMING

• We highly recommend booking your grooming appointment at least 1 day in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. For express service requests, an additional charge of RM50 per pet will apply.

• Pets must be picked up within an hour of being notified, unless an alternative arrangement has been made in advance.

• In the case of early drop-off or late pick-up, extra charges will be incurred based on our day care rates. Any pick-ups after 7 pm will be considered as boarding services, and your pet will only be available for pick-up the next day.

• All pets must be fully vaccinated and in good health condition, with a minimum age of 3 months.

DAY CARE & BOARDING

• For day care services, a late pick-up after 7 pm will incur an extra boarding fee for one night, and your pet will only be available for pick-up the next day. If a late pick-up is requested (depending on staff availability), additional charge of RM50 every half-an-hour late will be applied. 

• For boarding services, a late check-out after 3 pm will be charged according to our day care rates.

• A 50% deposit is required upfront for boarding services. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

• Boarding check-in time is before 5 pm. We recommend that as your pet needs time to be familiarized with the boarding environment. For any special requests, please contact us beforehand or consider boarding one day earlier.

• Our earliest drop-off times are 9 am (Monday, Wednesday - Friday) and 10 am (Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday). If an early check-in is requested, an additional charge of RM50 - RM100 per pet will apply.

PET TAXI

• To ensure the best service for our valued customers, we kindly request that you contact us at least one day in advance to arrange for our pet taxi service. We strive to accommodate all requests, but please understand that we reserve the right to refuse last-minute requests due to availability.

• For any early pick-up before 9 am or late drop-off after 5 pm, an additional charge of RM30 per trip will apply to cover the extended service hours.

• In the event that you are not ready to receive or drop-off your pet when our taxi arrives, a waiting fee of RM25 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay.
